Vermont advocates abandon carve-out prohibition.

Information about the topics discussed during the U.S. House-Senate conference committee held in Vermont in April 2008 is presented. The attendees of the meeting approved a new version of Senate Bill 114, which maintains its original goals of restricting insurers from creating barriers to appropriate care and of achieving true incorporation of mental health and addiction services with general health care in the state.
