Abstract: Problem- and project-based learning (PBL) is a key pedagogical approach to teaching since it helps students become effective real-life problem solvers in organisations. Problem-based learning emphasises cooperative learning. Students actively participate in their learning process as they choose theories, models, and methods that they consider to be necessary to solve the ´real-world´ problem that they have agreed to address (under the guidance of competent and experienced supervisors).
