    • Abstract:
The article features the housing law being enacted by the U.S. Congress. Reportedly, the Congress is planning to tighten the housing law because of the scandals that broke over the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) in April 1954. They also plan to whittle down the extra home building aids and incentives being requested by the administration of U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower. One of the features of the law is the increase in the maximum loans allowed by the FHA to insure various types of apartment buildings.
