Court Makes the Trust Law Stick.

The article reports on the Supreme Court's 5-2 decision in the famous Madison oil case in the U.S. It says that Madison oil case has given the antitrust laws a new contract on life if the majority stays on the bench and Congress is said not to be promptly persuaded to give serious consideration to the stiffening of the antitrust laws.
