  The article focuses on several supply chain strategies of Colombian Coffee Growers' Federation. It highlights the importance of flexible supply chain models for Columbia Coffee in changing market trends and conditions. An overview of these strategies is presented, including supply of branded green coffee beans in Japan, delivery of green beans from farm to European factories of large food companies and supply of private-label instant coffee jars to an Australian retailer.
