      The article presents a profile of the educational technology policies and initiatives of the community college networks of West Virginia. Introductory accounts are given noting the rapid transition of the college system from very low to very highly ranked status in technological infrastructure between 2010 and 2011, particularly in broadband internet access. Profiles of individual ongoing innovations and development projects are also included.
