The article reports the completion of the Mexican Federal Highway 40 which connects the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico. It mentions that local officials in South Texas have already prepared to add half-million additional trucks with cargo from Mexico's Sinaloa agricultural region. According to officials from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, lots of work are yet to be finished on the highway.
