Pathological study on the effect of vitamin D 3 on sepsis experimentally induced in rats by cecal ligation and punctures.

دراسة مرضية حول تأثير فيتامين D 3 على الإنتان المحدث تجريبي اً في الجرذان بواسطة ربط الأعور وثقبه

الھدف من ھذه الدراسة ھو الكشف عن تأثير فيتامين D3على الجرذان المحدث بھا الانتان تجريبياً بواسطة ربط الاعور وثقبه. تستخدم في ھذه التجربة ١٠٠ جرذاً ، قسمت الى ٥ مجاميع شملت مجموعتين من السيطرة السالبة والموجبة ، مجموعة الانتان المحدث بطريقة ربط الاعور وثقبه ومجموعتين عوملت بالحقن تحت الجلد بفيتامين د ٣ وبجرعة ١٠٠ نانوغرام/ كغم من وزن الجسم ولمدة ثلاثة أيام، بعدھا واحدة من ھذه المجموعتين احدث بھا الانتان ايضاً عن طريق ربط الاعور وثقبه. تم حساب معدل البقاء على قيد الحياة، التغيرات في صورة الدم والتغيرات المرضية النسجية لكل من الكبد والقلب. حيث وجد أن ھنالك تحسن في معدل البقاء على قيد الحياة وزيادة في اعداد كريات الدم البيضاء، فضلاً عن حماية الجرذان من نقص اعداد الصفيحات الدموية والتخثرات داخل الاوعية الدموية المنتشرة في الجرذان المعاملة بفيتامين د ٣ قبل احداث الانتان، أظھر الفحص النسجي تحسناً بسيطاً في الصورة النسجية لكل من الكبد والقلب. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the Vitamin D3 on the rats with sepsis that experimentally induced by cecal ligation and puncture. 100 Rats were divided into 5 groups, these include untreated control group, sham-operated group, CLP group and 2 treated groups pretreated daily a Subcutaneous injections of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 100 ng/kg for 3 days, then one of the pretreated groups subjected to sepsis accomplished by abdominal surgery comprising a cecal ligation and puncture. The following parameters were recorded: survival rate, hematological examinations and histopathological changes of the liver and heart were examined. It was found that vitamin D3 pretreated showed improvement in the survival rats and enhancement in the blood leukocyte count, also protect the rats from thrombocytopenia and Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC), but vitamin D3 pretreated show slight improvement in the histopathological lesions in the liver and heart due to cecal ligation and puncture sepsis.
