Cam işleme tesislerinde sedimentasyon işlemlerinin incelenmesi

In present, due to growing economy, production facilities aim to be larger. In this case, plantsneed effective supplemantary units, for instance process water units. In glass machiningbusiness, the cooling water in use, gets tiny glass particles from the process.These particleseffects negatively quality of products and equipments if the process water has a circulationuse from it?s indivual tank. In order to remove suspended glass particles from the processwater, sedimentation can be used. The sedimentation units in use have been investigated.The factors which effect sedimentation efficiency such as polimeric flocculants and lamellaseperator systems has been studied on.Also, the proper polymer dosage and type has been deeply discussed in this study.A reletad project work has been performed, results and a sketch cost analysis has been givenas details.Keywords: Sedimentation of glass particles, sedimentation with lamella seperator,Flocculation, polymer.xi
ÖZETGünümüzde, ekonominin geli imi nedeniyle, üretim tesisleri büyüme e ilimindedirler. Bunedenle fabrikalar proses suyu üniteleri gibi verimli ilave yardımcı ünitelere ihtiyaçduymaktadırlar. Cam i leme endüstrisinde kullanılan so utma suyu prosesten küçük campartiküllerini bünyasine alır. E er proses suyu bireysel tankından sirküle oluyorsa bupartiküller ürün kalitesini ve ekipmanları olumsuz etkiler.Proses suyunda asılı cam partiküllerini elimine etmek için sedimentasyon ünitelerikullanılabilir.
