Urinary Tract Infection: An Overview of Demography, Incidence and Emerging Antibiotic Resistance

A frequent bacterial illness affecting various parts of the urinary system is known as urinary tract infection. The infection can affect either gender, although women are more vulnerable than men because of their anatomy and reproductive physiology. While bacteria are the main cause of illness in humans, some fungi and viruses also play a part. The infection encompasses an array of clinical syndromes and illnesses, each with its own epidemiology, origin, and regional severity. The current study aims to emphasise the numerous variables that contribute to UTI, as well as the incidence and demography of the illness, andthe emergence of antibioticresistance.
