Women in the world of work: an analysis of the III National Policy Strategy for Women under the lens of Marxist feminism ; A mulher no mundo do trabalho: uma análise sobre o III Plano Nacional de Políticas para Mulheres sob as lentes do feminismo classista

This study is dedicated to critical analysis and discussion of gender equality in the world of work from a Marxist feminist framework, which aligned with dialectical historical materialism outlines its perspectives with a focus on female emancipation. In order to aim the objective previously mentioned, it is necessary to raise, through a literature review, important questions related to public policies existing in Brazil that support discussions on ending many forms of discrimination. The third and last National Policy Strategy for Women (PNPM) was reviewed, considering that it is the last national policy for women built with popular participation and for composing goals and specific objectives to be achieved. It is noteworthy that the III PNPM lists some goals referring to the first chapter, named “Equality in the world of work and economic autonomy”, which, in contrast to current statistical and sociodemographic data, made it possible to understand progress and setbacks in Brazilian reality. The results make it possible to assert that many of the goals were not properly achieved and that the situation of female labor inequality has worsened due to neoliberal policies and the context of pandemic. It is also noticed that there have been setbacks in the field of gender equity, specifically in the Bolsonaro’s government, due to public choices that have negatively affected working women’s lives. ; O presente estudo dedica-se à análise e discussão crítica sobre igualdade de gênero no mundo do trabalho a partir da perspectiva do feminismo classista que, alinhado ao materialismo histórico dialético, traça suas perspectivas com foco na emancipação feminina. Para cumprir com o objetivo mencionado, há de suscitar, por meio de uma revisão da literatura, questões importantes relacionadas às políticas públicas existentes no Brasil que amparam as discussões de combate a diversas formas de discriminação.
