This research focuses on the Ortega farm, located in the city of Malaga, where its waterwheel is preserved as the only surviving hydraulic heritage from its agricultural past, so that a necessary and unpublished study is shown. As issues to be resolved we have the evolution of the agricultural landscape of Málaga, an example being this farm and its incorporation of irrigation through the waterwheel. To do this, we will use architectural analysis, image processing from different periods and archival consultation. After analyzing the exterior of the waterwheel, although not inside, the study reveals the secular transformation of the agricultural landscape of Málaga, with dedication to cereal crops, vineyards and vegetable gardens in Vega, discovering that the construction of the wheel must have taken place in the second decade of the 19th century, irrigation intensifying in subsequent decades until urbanization from the middle of the 20th century onwards. ; Esta investigación se centra en la finca de Ortega, situada en la ciudad de Málaga, donde se conserva su noria como único patrimonio hidráulico superviviente de su pasado agrícola, de forma que se muestra un estudio necesario e inédito. Como cuestiones a resolver tenemos la evolución del paisaje agrario malagueño, siendo ejemplo esta finca, y su incorporación del regadío a través de la noria. Para ello, haremos uso del análisis arquitectónico, el procesamiento de imágenes de distintas épocas y la consulta archivística. Analizado el exterior de la noria, aunque no el interior, el estudio pone de manifiesto la transformación secular del paisaje agrario malagueño, con dedicaciones al cereal, al viñedo y a huertas en la Vega, descubriendo que la construcción de la noria debió de suceder en la segunda década del siglo XIX, intensificándose el regadío en décadas posteriores hasta la urbanización a partir de la mitad del siglo XX. ; Le présent travail de recherche se concentre sur le domaine d’Ortega situé à Malaga où actuellement seule sa grande roue est conservée, ...
