Metodología creativa en el Programa Inspira

El mundo ha estado cambiado aceleradamente desde hace años, cada vez las empresas requieren de personas con habilidades diferentes, que tengan actitudes creativas, comunicación asertiva y sepan trabajar en equipo, con el Programa Inspira se busca que los estudiantes del Colegio Bilingüe la Enseñanza y los mentores de últimos semestre de la Universidad Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito desarrollen estás habilidades desde la construcción de un proyecto creativo que responde al contexto colombiano y se encuentra dirigido desde la metodología del design thinking, con esto se busca que los estudiantes y los mentores entren en el mundo del emprendimiento y la innovación y con estos proyectos desarrollen ideas que respondan a la problemática colombiana y a la vez puedan desarrollar diferentes habilidades tanto académicas, como blandas. En el presente documento se presenta una serie de fortalezas, mejoras y recomendaciones que se pueden tener en cuenta en las siguientes versiones del programa. ; The world has been changing rapidly for years, every time companies require people with different abilities, who have creative attitudes, communication assertive and know how to work as a team, with the Inspira Program it is sought that the students of the Colegio Bilingüe la Enseñanza and the mentors of the last semester of the University School Colombian Engineering Julio Garavito develop these skills from the construction of a creative project that responds to the Colombian context and is directed from the design thinking methodology, with this it is sought that students and mentors enter the world of entrepreneurship and innovation and with these projects develop ideas that respond Colombian problems and at the same time can develop different skills both academic, as soft.
