Abstract: The purpose of the study is to substantiate the developed set of aqua rehabilitation exercises aimed at correcting postural disorders in children of middle school age, taking into account the severity of the disease and age characteristics. Aqua rehabilitation classes included a developed set of exercises aimed at correcting posture and preventing scoliosis. Test scores improved after the study. This indicates the positive dynamics of the developed complex of physical exercises for aqua rehabilitation on the development of motor skills in secondary school children with grade III-IV scoliosis. Summing up the results of the study, it can be stated that the presented set of exercises aimed at correcting grade III-IV scoliosis in children of middle school age solves not only correctional and health-improving tasks that allow increasing overall motor activity, but also improves support, motor, protective and depreciation functions of the spine, which will contribute to the development of the strength of the muscles of the back, there will be a self-extension of the spine, as a result of which the overall physical fitness will improve. ; The Conference is organized by the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the Georgian State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sports.
