Abstract: Předložená práce je zaměřena na systém státní sociální podpory. První část práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením obecně a jeho financováním, jsou zde definovány základní pojmy a popsán vznik systému státní sociální podpory, představen zákon č.117/1995 Sb. a charakterizovány jednotlivé dávky podle platnosti k 1. 1. 2012. V další části je popsán vývoj jednotlivých dávek od roku 1989 do roku 2011 a je zde upozorněno na nejdůležitější novely, které v tomto období proběhly. V poslední části jsou vytvořeny tři fiktivní rodiny, pomocí nichž dochází ke komparaci dávek ve vybraných letech. Aby bylo porovnání objektivní, jsou veškeré ceny převedeny do roku 2012 pomocí deflátoru HDP. Na základě tohoto porovnání jsou stanoveny závěry. ; Katedra financí a účetnictví ; Obhájeno ; The study concerns with the system of social state support (in Czech Republic). The first part explores the social welfare in general including its funding, defines the fundamental terms and describes the inception of the state social support system. It also introduces the law č.117/1995 Sb and all particular allowances in effect by 1. 1. 2012. The second part describes the development of the allowances in the years 1989 - 2011 and points out the most important amendments of this era. In the third part there are created three model families that help to compare the allowances in certain time periods. To make the comparison objective, all the prices are transformed to the year 2012 using HDP deflator. The conclusion of the study is based on this comparison.
