АРМЕНИЯ КАК РЕЦИПИЕНТ ПРЯМЫХ ИНОСТРАННЫХ ИНВЕСТИЦИЙ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ

В статье анализируются объемы, структура и динамика ПИИ в Республики Армения и в сопоставляемых странах. Для наиболее точной оценки структуры и динамики прямых иностранных инвестиций в Армении была использована выборка данных по основным параметрам ПИИ, проведено сопоставление параметров. Цель данного метода анализ объемов, структуры и тенденций ПИИ в Республики Армения и в сопоставляемых странах. На основе анализа исследований автором были выявлены проблемы для привлечения иностранных инвестиций, а также предложены пути для решения этих проблем с целью доведения их до уровня зафиксированного в соседних странах. Выполнение поставленных условий правительством Армении, а также Армянским агентством развития (ААР) даст возможность найти наиболее оптимальные способы использования ПИИ, а также устранить те или иные недочеты. ; The article analyzes the volume, structure and dynamics of FDI in the Republic of Armenia and in comparable countries. For the most accurate assessment of the structure and dynamics of foreign direct investments in Armenia was used sampling of the basic parameters of FDI data, the comparison of which, in our opinion, will allow us to come to some conclusions. The purpose of this method the analyses of volumes, structure and trends of FDI in the Republic of Armenia and in comparable countries. On the basis of this research the author revealed the problems in attracting foreign investments. Besides, the author suggests the ways to solve these problems, which will help to bring them to the level fixed in comparable countries. Fulfillment of these conditions by the Armenian government and the Armenian Development Agency (hereinafter ADA) will give an opportunity to find the most optimal ways of using FDI as well as eliminating certain shortcomings.
