It has been shown, that over the last years the indicators of the reproductive health condition of the population in the Ivano-Frankivs‟k region and in Ukraine, on the whole have bad a tendency towards a deterioration. Over the period of monitoring (2006–2010) the level of extragenital and genital pathology of pregnant women in rural areas has slightly decreased (from 7917,0 to 7718,0 per 100 thousand of the appropriate population), but remains higher than in the whole country (6209,6 ‰OO). As a result of an analysis based on the data of medical appealability to health care facilities it has been established that the rates of morbidity, complicating pregnancy and morbidity rates, complicating labor 1,5–2 times higher than the national ones. The weightiest contribution to the morbidity pattern, complicating pregnancy is made by anemias, disorders of the urogenital system, edemata, proteinuria and hypertensive disorders and diseases of thyroid gland etc. Complicated labor is caused by anemias, anomalies of the birth activity, gestoses and diseases of the urogenital system. Essential distinctions in the pattern of diseases, complicating pregnancy and labor, depending on the climato-geographic zones have been detected. A clear-cut dependence of the level of the indicator of complicated labor on the agespesific factor and the level of morbidity, complicating morbidity have been established. ; Показано, что на протяжении последних лет показатели состояния репродуктивного здоровья населения Ивано-Франковской области, как и в целом по Украине, имели тенденцию к ухудшению. За период наблюдения (2006-2010 года) уровень экстрагенитальной и заболеваний женской половой сферы сельских беременных области несколько снизился с (7917,0 до 7718,0 на 100 тыс. соответствующего населения), но остается выше, чем в целом по государству (6209,6 ‰oo).
