    • Abstract:
      The creation of the Multifunctional Resource Rooms implementation program arises with the objective of supporting the organization and offering of Specialized Educational Service - AEE, where spaces are made available in public schools of regular education. This study is an integrative review that analyzed national articles from 2007 to 2017. Thus, we analyze how to train teachers who are working in the Multifunctional Resource Room-SRM. After searching the databases: Scientific Eletronic Library (SciELO) and Portal of Journals (CAPES / MEC), with the keywords: Teacher training, Multifunctional Resource Room and School inclusion, 09 articles were found. The results and discussion were presented in a table in the following categories: 1) policies for special education and teacher training. 2) gaps in initial teacher training in relation to the public served by the SRM. 3) teaching and learning strategies. 4) knowledge of teachers. Thus, the study sought to reveal the points that interfere in the teaching work in SRM, as well as the initial training received to work in this environment. It was found, the lack of preparation with the necessary knowledge for the work, leading the teachers to adopt strategies and continued training. In view of the difficulties encountered in this context, the importance of solid training to carry out work worthy of the principles of Special Education. ; A criação do programa implantação de Salas de RecursosMultifuncionais surge com objetivo de apoiar a organização e a ofertado Atendimento Educacional Especializado- AEE, onde sãodisponibilizados espaços nas escolas públicas de ensino regular.
