      Ovaj rad istražuje ostvarivanje subjektivne dobrobiti odgojitelja kroz suradnju s roditeljima. Kvalitetna komunikacija, povjerenje, poštovanje i podrška ključni su elementi uspješne suradnje koja značajno doprinosi zadovoljstvu odgojitelja poslom. Rad analizira različite teorijske pristupe i empirijska istraživanja kako bi prikazao utjecaj suradnje na subjektivnu dobrobit odgojitelja. Zaključeno je da je za postizanje visokog stupnja suradnje potrebno kontinuirano ulaganje u razvoj komunikacijskih vještina odgojitelja, razumijevanje različitih obiteljskih dinamika i kultura te pružanje profesionalne podrške roditeljima. Kvalitetna suradnja ne samo da poboljšava radnu atmosferu, nego i izravno utječe na kvalitetu odgojno- obrazovnog procesa i dobrobit djece. Dodatna istraživanja trebala bi se usmjeriti na konkretne metode i alate za unaprjeđenje suradnje između odgojitelja i roditelja te na razvoj programa stručnog usavršavanja odgojitelja za izgradnju boljih odnosa s roditeljima. ; This paper explores the realization of the subjective well-being of educators through cooperation with parents. Positive communication, trust, respect and support are the key elements of successful cooperation, which significantly contributes to the job satisfaction in educators. The paper analyses different theoretical approaches and empirical research in order to illustrate the influence of cooperation on the subjective well-being of educators. It was concluded that in order to achieve a high level of cooperation, it is necessary to continuously improve educators' communication skills, their understanding of different family dynamics and cultures, and provide professional support to parents. Well-established cooperation not only improves the working atmosphere, but also directly affects the quality of the educational process and the well-being of children.
