Estrategias dialógicas e inclusivas que promueven el educar en las emociones en padres y docentes. Tejiendo relaciones más humanas en dos instituciones educativas de Yopal, Casanare

La sociedad actual, requiere de individuos competentes que impulsen los diferentes procesos de cambio social y en este aspecto juega un papel importante la educación emocional, ya que se presenta como elemento potenciador de las dimensiones humanas. Es así como se parte del reconocimiento que tanto padres de familia como docentes, hacen de sus percepciones y prácticas en torno al educar en las emociones. De esta manera, se adoptó para la investigación, el enfoque cualitativo y el método de investigación-acción, los cuales favorecen el estudio de problemas cotidianos en la práctica docente desde las vivencias, sentido y significado. Para tal fin se plantea el objetivo general: Caracterizar las estrategias dialógicas e inclusivas que promueven el educar en las emociones en padres y docentes, el cual se pretende lograr por medio de tres objetivos específicos como son: Identificar como los docentes y padres vivencian la educación emocional, implementar estrategias dialógicas e inclusivas y por último, reconocer aquellas estrategias dialógicas e inclusivas que promueven el educar en las emociones. Teniendo en cuenta, que al iniciar el proyecto se evidenciaron las limitaciones que tanto padres como docentes presentaban al desempeñarse como orientadores emocionales y determinando que se privilegia el aspecto cognitivo, es como se asume este trabajo como un compromiso ético y social en la búsqueda de favorecer la humanización de la educación, posibilitando mediante la implementación de estrategias intervenir en la construcción de ambientes escolares propicios, donde los individuos puedan formarse en la educación emocional. In this way, the qualitative approach and the action research method were adopted for research, which favor the study of daily problems in the teaching practice from the experiences, sense and meaning. To that end, the general objective is: To characterize the dialogic and inclusive strategies that promote the education of the emotions in parents and teachers, which is intended to achieve through three specific objectives such as: Identify how teachers and parents experience education Emotional, to implement dialogic and inclusive strategies and, finally, to recognize those dialogical and inclusive strategies that promote the education in the emotions. Taking into account that at the beginning of the project the limitations that parents and teachers presented when they performed as emotional counselors and determined that the cognitive aspect is privileged, is how this work is assumed as an ethical and social commitment in the search to favor The humanization of education, making it possible through the implementation of strategies to intervene in the construction of propitious school environments, where individuals can be trained in emotional education.
