Las familias reconstituidas. Una realidad en continuo crecimiento ; Stepfamily: a growing reality

Cada vez más parejas que han contraído matrimonio o formalizado su unión se disuelven y vuelven a formar otras familias, las llamadas familias reconstituidas. En ellas se involucran adultos y menores, por lo que necesitan una identidad propia que determine los derechos y obligaciones de cada uno. Aunque nada se ha previsto en el Código civil español, no acontece igual en otros Derechos, como en algunos de los llamados Derechos forales y en los ordenamientos jurídicos de otros países. Partiendo de ello, en este artículo vamos a realizar algunas consideraciones en torno a lo que podría ser su régimen jurídico. ; More and more couples who have married or formalized their union are dissolving and forming other families, so-called Stepfamilies. They involve both adults and minors, so they need an identity of their own that determines the obligations and rigthts of each. Although nothing has been provided for in the Spanish Civil Code, this is not the case for other rights, such as some of the so-called Foral Rights and the legal systems of other countries. From here, in this paper we are going to make some considerations about what could be their regulation.
