New Technologies in Labour relations: advancement or regression? ; Las nuevas tecnologías en las relaciones laborales: ¿Avance o retroceso?

This study seeks to carry out a reflection on the impacts of the new technologies on the systems of the labor relationships and the evolution that he/she can take the labor classification in next years, contributing those via of escape to those that the Right of the Work should arrive in a future, leaving from the impact of the technologies in the labor relationships, especially Internet and the one chants electronic; the existent relationship between the workers and the workers’ representatives with the new technologies; the conflicts that emanate of the use of the technology in the labor relationships and the great necessity of a specific legal regulation of the topic. ; Este estudio pretende realizar una reflexión sobre los impactos de las nuevas tecnologías en los sistemas de las relaciones laborales y la evolución que puede tomar el ordenamiento laboral en los próximos años, aportando las vías de escape a las que debe llegar el Derecho del Trabajo en un futuro, partiendo desde el impacto de las tecnologías en las relaciones laborales, en especial Internet y el coreo electrónico; la relación existente entre los trabajadores y representantes de los trabajadores con las nuevas tecnologías; los conflictos que dimanan del uso de la tecnología en las relaciones laborales y la gran necesidad de una regulación legal específica del tema.
