      Ciljevi: Korištenjem metode magnetske levitacije cilj je uzgojiti sferoide tumora dojke različite starosti, odnosno 7, 14 i 21 dan. Zatim odrediti količinu magnetskih čestica u sferoidima u različitim vremenskim razdobljima, odnosno nakon 7, 14 i 21 dan. Nacrt studije: In vitro studija-kontrolirani pokus. Materijali i metode: 3D kultura stanica dobivena je korištenjem metode magnetske levitacije. Stanicama se dodaju magnetske čestice i uz pomoć vanjskog magnetskog polja formiraju se sferoidi kojima se lako manipulira. Zadržavanje magnetskih čestica u sferoidima stanica tumora dojke MCF-7 praćeno je svjetlosnim mikroskopom na koji je montirana kamera. Prethodno su sferoidi uklopljeni u medij za kriostatsko rezanje, rezani i bojeni. Fotografije su analizirane u programu Fiji, a statistika je napravljena u programu R. Rezultati: Analiziranjem količine magnetskih čestica u sferoidima stanica tumora dojke može se uočiti da je najviše čestica vidljivo u 1. tjednu, te da se njihov broj s vremenom smanjuje. Dobivena je statistički značajna razlika između 1. i 3. tjedna. Zaključak: Količina magnetskih čestica s vremenom se smanjuje. Broj magnetskih čestica značajno je manji 3. tjedan u odnosu na 1. tjedan. ; Objectives: To grow breast cancer spheroids of different ages, i.e., 7, 14, and 21 days, using the method of magnetic levitation. To determine the number of magnetic particles in the spheroids at different time periods, i.e., after 7, 14, and 21 days. Study Design: In vitro study-controlled experiment Material and methods: 3D cell culture was obtained by the magnetic levitation method. Magnetic particles were added to the cells and with the help an external magnetic field spheroids were formed. The retention of magnetic particles in MCF -7 breast cancer cells spheroids were monitored whit an optical microscope mounted on a camera.
