The effectiveness of children with learning disabilities based on talent management and extracurricular sports activities ; A tanulási zavarral küzdő gyermekek eredményessége a tehetséggondozás és az iskolán kívüli sporttevékenység alapján

In the study, the main talent management models and their development are reviewed, as well as the definition and characterization of learning disabilities. The purpose of the study is to highlight that learning disability does not preclude someone from being talented. Talent management is also important for all social groups, because if the person can develop his/her talent, it can have a positive impact on their future. In the 6th grade database of the 2019 National Competence Measurement, the study analyzes the impact of participation in talent development and extracurricular sports on the reading comprehension and mathematics results of students with learning disabilities. According to the results, depending on the type of learning disability, but for the most part, children who participate in these activities, achieve higher results. The results also show that people with a better family background participate in extracurricular activities, presumably because of the paid activities, so the civil sector could have the opportunity to provide free opportunities for those who cannot afford it. ; A tanulmányban áttekintésre kerülnek a főbb tehetséggondozási modellek és azok fejlődése, valamint a tanulási zavarok meghatározása és azok jellemzése. A tanulmány célja annak kiemelése, hogy a tanulási zavar nem zárja ki azt, hogy valaki tehetséges legyen. A tehetséggondozás azért is fontos minden társadalmi csoport számára, mert ha az egyén ki tudja bontakoztatni a tehetségét, akkor az pozitív hatással lehet a jövőjére. A tanulmány a 2019. évi Országos kompetenciamérés 6. osztályos adatbázisában elemezi a tehetséggondozáson, az iskolán kívüli sportfoglalkozáson való részvétel hatását a tanulási zavarral küzdő tanulók szövegértés és matematika teljesítményekre.
