Glaubensentwicklung neu gedacht. Ein integratives Modell zur Erklärung von Glaubensveränderung

Die bisherigen Modelle zur Glaubensentwicklung aus religionspsychologischer Perspektive, wie das von James Fowler, fokussieren auf stufenweise, lineare Prozesse und vernachlässigen die dynamische Natur des Glaubens. Zudem konzentrieren sie sich auf strukturelle Aspekte und ignorieren die inhaltliche Dimension des Glaubens, welche für die Religionspädagogik, Unterricht und Praktische Theologie entscheidend ist. Dieser Beitrag stellt ein integratives Modell vor, das Glaubensinhalte einbezieht und die Verbindung von Struktur und Inhalt des Glaubens anerkennt. Es basiert auf der kognitiven Einstellungstheorie und ermöglicht die Betrachtung von Glaubensentwicklungen ohne wertende Hierarchien als offenen Prozess und fördert die kritische Reflexion und Vermittlung von Glaubensinhalten. Dadurch bietet es einen neuen Zugang zur Bildung eines tragfähigen Glaubens, der auf konkrete Lebensrealitäten eingeht. Es stellt somit eine bedeutende Weiterentwicklung für die Religionspädagogik und Gemeindearbeit dar, indem es flexible und vielfältige Glaubenswege anerkennt. It is based on cognitive attitude theory and enables the consideration of faith developments without judgmental hierarchies as an open process and promotes critical reflection and communication of beliefs.
