      A. Venn diagram of the number of differentially expressed PLT target genes in the RAM that possess a PLT binding motif upstream of the transcription start site. B. Undirected regulatory network with 1,444 putative interactions, including the 6 PLTs and 533 putative targets. Edge weight in the network derived from single-cell RNA sequencing is shown by the red-blue gradient. The threshold to discriminate significant (>0.79) from non-significant (<0.79) interactions (dashed line) was selected by Gaussian mixture model decomposition analysis (see S10 Fig ). C. GO enrichment analysis of biological processes performed over the nodes with the lowest interspecies variance in the PLT network. The most over-represented GO terms were ribosome and ribonucleprotein complex biogenesis and RNA processing.
