Abstract: 4. Thrinax Linnaeus f. ex Swartz (1788: 57). Type:— Thrinax parviflora Swartz Thrinax subgenus Euthrinax Drude (1889: 34). Type:—Not designated. Stems 4.0(1.5–18.0) m long and 10.9(5.0-24.0) cm diameter, solitary.
