      This book contains the peer-reviewed proceedings of the 3rd International Eastern Black Sea Family Medicine Congress, held in Ordu, Türkiye, between 22–24 May 2025. The theme of the congress was **"Projections from Past to Future"**, emphasizing the evolution and future directions in family medicine and primary care. A total of 132 academic contributions are included, comprising: - 91 oral presentations - 23 online oral presentations - 18 invited papers These contributions cover a wide range of topics in family medicine, public health, primary care, health management, and related disciplines. Each individual abstract will be archived and assigned its own DOI, all of which will be cross-linked to this main proceedings volume.
