    • Abstract:
      La estrechez uretral se define como cualquier estrechamiento a nivel uretral que genere o no alteración en el flujo de la orina. Tiene una incidencia desconocida, estimada en 0.2 a 0.6%. En Colombia no existen datos acerca de su incidencia, ni de los costos que trae consigo. Dentro de las opciones de manejo, la reconstrucción uretral por medio de uretroplastia se ha catalogado como el gold standard. Se puede realizar como escisión y anastomosis primaria o con injertos de mucosa, ambos con porcentajes de éxito de hasta 85%. Por medio de este trabajo buscamos demostrar los resultados funcionales en el patrón miccional de los pacientes con diagnóstico de estrechez uretral sometidos a reconstrucción uretral. ; 1.
