      Lastnik podjetja je ključna oseba, ki ustvari, oblikuje in ohranja kulturo podjetja, njen temeljni del pa predstavljajo vrednote. Vrednote imajo funkcijo gonilne sile pri doseganju ciljev podjetja. So vir motivacije ter kriteriji kako doseči cilj na pravi »način«. Opredeljene skupne vrednote so osrednja vodila, ki usmerjajo in vodijo ljudi pri njihovem vsakodnevnem delovanju. Če zaposleni ne delujejo v skladu z vrednotami podjetja, ne morejo dolgoročno ostati v podjetju, saj njihovo delo ne izkazuje njihovih zmožnosti in zaradi tega ne ponujajo dobrih rezultatov, s čimer škodujejo lastnikom, sodelavcem in potrošnikom. Za doseganje visoke kakovosti, učinkovitosti in uspešnosti je pomembno, da so cilji podjetja usklajeni s skupnimi vrednotami podjetja, te pa z vrednotami njegovih zaposlenih in obratno. V diplomskem seminarju smo proučili trgovsko-proizvodno podjetje L.P. d.o.o., ki se ukvarja z distribucijo in prodajo repromaterialov za potrebe lesne dejavnosti večjih mizarstev in pohištvene industrije na slovenskem trgu in ostalih sosednjih državah. Podjetje je srednje veliko in spada med vodilne trgovce na področju lesne branže. V prvem delu smo skozi teoretične vidike opredelili vlogo vrednot v podjetju in skozi različna merila uspešnosti, ki smo jih navedli, pojasnili možne vplive vrednot na uspešnost poslovanja podjetja. Vso teorijo smo nato prenesli v prakso, torej v obravnavano podjetje. Predstavili smo vrednote lastnika in direktorja ter ugotovili, da so medsebojno usklajene. Vrednote ključnih udeležencev so osnova, iz katere je podjetje razvilo osrednje notranje vrednote, ki jim zaposleni pri svojem delu sledijo. Vsako vrednoto smo podrobno opisali in razložili njen vpliv na dejavnike uspeha v podjetju. Nato smo prišli do spoznanj, katere so tiste vrednote, ki neposredno dosegajo vrednote ključnih udeležencev v podjetju – vrednote lastnika in direktorja. Na podlagi pomankljivosti skupnih vrednot v podjetju, ki smo jih zaznali tekom izdelave diplomskega seminarja, smo na koncu predlagali možne predloge za spreminjanje vrednot, ki zagotavljajo podjetju večjo uspešnost in za katere upamo, da jih bo podjetje v bodočnosti upoštevalo ter s tem izboljšalo svoje poslovne rezultate ; in kar je najpomembneje, povečalo zadovoljstvo svojih zaposlenih in okrepilo odnos s kupci. Ključne besede: vizija, politika podjetja, interesi udeležencev podjetja, vrednote podjetja, vrednote ključnih udeležencev, uspešnost podjetja. ; An owner of an enterprise is the key person who creates, forms and maintains the enterprise culture, while values represent its fundamental part. Values function as a driving force for accomplishing the goals of the enterprise. They are the motivation source and the criteria of how to reach a goal in the right “manner”. Defined common values are the guiding principles which direct and guide people in their daily actions. If the employees do not operate in accordance with the values of an enterprise, their long-term stay in the enterprise is impossible due to the fact that their work does not reflect their capability. Consequently, they do not show good results and thus cause harm to the owners, co-workers and consumers. In order to reach high quality, efficiency and successfulness, it is important that the goals of an enterprise are consistent with the values of an enterprise, while these values must be consistent with the values of the employees, and vice versa. In this final seminar, we have studied the trade-production enterprise, L. P. d.o.o, which deals with the distribution and sale of intermediate goods for wood businesses of major joineries and furniture industry in the Slovenian market and the neighbouring countries. It is a medium-sized enterprise, and is considered to be the leading trader in the line of wood business. The first part presents the theoretical views and the listed successfulness criteria on the role of values in an enterprise, and explains possible influences the values may have on the success of an enterprise. The theoretical views are then put into practice by presenting the values of the owner and manager of the studied enterprise, and the final seminar concludes that these values are mutually consistent. The values of the key stakeholders are the basis for the enterprise’s main internal values followed by employees. We have described these main internal values in detail and explained the influence they have on the enterprise’s factors of success. This helped us discover which of these values are the ones that directly achieve the values of the stakeholders of the enterprise, i.e. the owner’s and manager’s values. Based on the shortcomings of the enterprise’s common values, which were discerned while writing the final seminar, we have proposed possible suggestions for the change of values, which could provide the enterprise with bigger success, and for which we hope the enterprise will take into account in the future, so it can improve its business results, and, most importantly, make the employees more satisfied as well as strengthen the relationship with consumers.
