This book is the product of the compilation of scientific results from the group of professors and researchers of the Agronomy Department of the Faculty of Chemical and Agronomy Engineering of the Universidad de Oriente, who manage to develop agricultural, environmental and educational themes that will help raise knowledge to all people who work in Agriculture or contribute directly or indirectly to its development.
