      This is the supplementary dataset for the submitted manuscript entitled "Melting of old refractory mantle during subduction initiation of the western Pacific plate". Specifically, the IGSN, trace elements and Hf-Nd isotopes of forearc basalt samples from the IODP Expedition 352 (U1440A, U1440B and U1441A) are presented in the dataset.
