Public policies in teacher education: analysis of research on gender identities in education ; Políticas públicas na formação do professor: análises de pesquisas sobre identidades de gênero na educação

This article aimed to analyze issues of gender identities in academic research that discuss Public Policies on sexuality and the insertion of homoaffective people in the Brazilian educational context. The Theoretical Foundation is housed in the field of applied language studies, with an interface between teacher literacy and human rights. The Methodology is of the documentary type with a qualitative approach, considering the subjective content in the treatment of data. The results reveal the representation of the figure of the homosexual person as a social actor resistant to a culture of oppression and prejudice, differentiating the idea of access from the perception of permanence in the educational scope. ; Esse artigo tem como objetivo analisar questões de identidades de gênero em pesquisas acadêmicas que discutem Políticas Públicas sobre sexualidade inserção de pessoas homoafetivas no contexto educacional brasileiro. A Fundamentação Teórica está alojada no campo dos estudos aplicados da linguagem, com interface entre o letramento do professor e dos direitos humanos. A Metodologia é do tipo documental com abordagem qualitativa, considerando o teor subjetivo no tratamento dos dados. Os resultados revelam a representação da figura da pessoa homoafetiva como um ator social resistente a uma cultura de opressão e preconceito, diferenciando a ideia de acesso da percepção de permanência no âmbito educacional.
