    • Abstract:
      An efficient approach to α - aminophosphonates has been developed through an Fe(OTf) 3 -catalyzed N- α phosphonylation of N,O -acetals with triethyl phosphite. As a result, a series of 2,6- cis and 2,5- trans α - aminophosphonates were obtained in moderate to excellent yields and with excellent diastereoselectivities ( dr up to 19:1).
