تصورات طلبة تعليم الكبار نحو تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها: دراسة نوعية ; Adult Education Students' Perceptions towards Mathematics Education and Learning: A qualitative study. ^

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تصورات طلبة تعليم الكبار في المملكة العربية السعودية نحو تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها. المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، واستخدمت الأدوات الآتية لجمع البيانات: المقابلة، والملاحظة، والاستبانة المفتوحة. شارك في الدراسة (18) طالبًا من طلاب مدرسة الجزيرة المتوسطة التابعة لإدارة تعليم رجال ألمع. وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. النتائج: يرى الطلبة أهمية علم الرياضيات في حلِّ المشكلات اليومية، وارتباطها بالعلوم الأخرى، وأن فائدتها محصورة في العمليات الأربع من وجهة نظرهم. كما اتفق الطلبة على أهمية الرياضيات كمادة دراسية، ودورها في تنمية التفكير، والإبداع، وإعمال العقل. كما بينت النتائج تعدد التحديات في تعليم وتعلم الرياضيات مثل: تعدد الأفكار المطروحة في الدرس، وطول فترة الانقطاع عن الدراسة، وعجز بعض الطلبة عن استيعاب المعرفة الرياضية. الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة على اتفاق وجهات نظر الطلبة في تعليم الكبار على أهمية الرياضيات كعلم ومادة دراسية ودورها الفاعل في حلِّ مشكلات الحياة اليومية وتنمية التفكير، إضافة إلى دور المعلم -كعنصر رئيس- في تنمية الخبرات التعليمية واتجاهاتهم نحو الرياضيات. ; The Objectives: The study aimed to reveal the perceptions of Saudi Arabia's adult education students towards mathematics education and learning. Methodology: The study used the qualitative approach and used the following tools to collect data: Interview, observation, and open resolution. 18 students from Al Jazeera Middle School of the brightest men's education department participated in the study. They were chosen in the intentional way. Results: Students see the importance of mathematics in solving everyday problems, their association with other sciences, and that their usefulness is limited to the four processes from their point of view. Students also agreed on the importance of mathematics as a subject of study, and its role in the development of thinking, creativity, and the realization of the mind.
