    • Abstract:
      This article presents preliminary results linked to the research line "Access to Justice Instruments and Protection of Rights", within the sub-area of Human Rights and Education, of the Professional and Interdisciplinary Master's Program in Judicial Services and Human Rights, at the Federal University of Tocantins and the Tocantins School of Magistracy, with approval from the Ethics Council Opinion No. 6,051,298. It is a qualitative research, where data were collected through a questionnaire comprising 13 open and closed questions, in conjunction with the analysis of the Pedagogical Political Projects of five school units, three located in the municipality of Tocantinópolis, one in Nazaré, and one in Aguiarnopolis, which are cities located in the Bico do Papagaio region, state of Tocantins. The results indicate that the school units promote discussions about ethnic-racial relations; however, the debate and actions promoting anti-racist education need to be strengthened in order to become routine within the school environment. ; Este artículo presenta resultados vinculados a la línea de investigación "Instrumentos de Acceso a la Justicia y Protección de Derechos", dentro del subárea de Derechos Humanos y Educación, del Programa de Maestría Profesional e Interdisciplinaria en Prestación Jurisdiccional y Derechos Humanos, de la Universidad Federal de Tocantins y la Escuela Superior de la Magistratura Tocantinense, con la aprobación del Consejo de Ética Opinión No. 6.051.298. Es una investigación cualitativa, en la que los datos se recopilaron a través de un cuestionario con 13 preguntas abiertas y cerradas, junto con el análisis de los Proyectos Políticos Pedagógicos de cinco unidades escolares, tres ubicadas en el municipio de Tocantinópolis, una en Nazaré y otra en Aguiarnopolis, ciudades ubicadas en la Región del Bico do Papagaio, estado de Tocantins.
