One of the factors that determine the success of a medical treatment is the clarity of communication between patient and doctor. Prevention, decision on the diagnosis and efficiency of treatment following the doctor’s examination are closely related to communication. Majority of doctors believe that they are good communications, but this is not always translated into the achievement of the desired outcome. ; Një nga faktorët që ndikojnë në suksesin e një trajtimi mjekësor është edhe qartësia e komunikimit mes pacientit dhe doktorit. Parandalimi, vendosja e diagnozës dhe efikasiteti i trajtimit pas konsultës me doktorin lidhet ngushtë me komunikimin.
