    • Abstract:
      The research is in a state of the art that allows understanding the main trends and positions that has the teacher in exercise to teach the student population witheducational needs, an issue that acquires relevance taking into account the need to offer an education that complies with the legal and pedagogical guidelines that guide inclusive education and the social aspect of the teacher in front of his attitude to receive this student in the traditional classroom. This documentary review will exhibit three categories that will give clarity on teacher attitudes towards inclusive education, these are; special educational needs, educational legislation, factors that affect pedagogical practices and the categories mentioned above arise froma search carried out in the following databases such as Dialnet, Scielo, Ebsco, Redalyc, Google academic, in which sixty-three research studies were found that were subsequently subjected to an analysis to make known that the teacher is the protagonist and the person who requires training to work the model of inclusive education being this a need at the national and international level, which can beevidenced in the 11 countries where research has been carried out between 2003 and 2019 that have been interested in investigating the topic in question. Whatis concluded with these studies is that teachers have built an attitude of disbelief towards inclusive education in the institutional aspect. ; La presente investigación consiste en un estado del arte que permite comprender las principales tendencias y posturas que tiene el docente en ejercicio para enseñar a la población estudiantil que requiere de una educación inclusiva, asunto que adquiere relevancia teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de ofrecer una educación que cumpla con los lineamientos legales y pedagógicos que orientan la educación inclusiva y el aspecto social del docente frente a su actitud para recibir a este alumnado en el aula tradicional.
