    • Abstract:
Spontaneous orbital fracture is a rare entity. A 32-year-old man presented with thyroid eye disease and was found to have an orbital floor fracture on routine preoperative imaging without any antecedent relevant symptom or sign. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first report of an asymptomatic orbital fracture in a patient with thyroid eye disease. © 2010 The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Inc.
