Abstract: At a time when modernity is fluid since its conception, visibilities of sexualities called as disparate or heretical, the families are also in shifting process. Given this reality, it is increasing the visibility of homosexual family’s configurations in the Brazilian social scene. These families are the cornerstone of our research, that intended to reflect on parental dynamics of homo-affectives families made up of lesbians, transvestites and transgender women and gay and trans men who are responsible for the care, education and affection of children and adolescents, and how these identities and conditions dialogue with the process of upbringing and education of these children and adolescents. Therefore, we use the theoretical and methodological support of Queer Theory, which deals with post-identity concepts, deconstructivist and proposes to rethink the formation of crystallized identities. In the study we present a reflection on queer analytic and this change of focus in the discussion of identities and sexualities, shifting the debate from a binary view to investigate the performances that build new forms and family and social representations. In this scenario, we address the considerations about the speeches built along the path of life of Lesbians, Gays and Transsexuals mothers and fathers. In this study we articulate theoretical issues present in the field of gender, queer and transfeminists studies and social anthropology, as well as the legal conditions on which is based the family law. ; Pró-Reitoria de Pós-graduação da UFPB (PRPG/UFPB) ; Resumo não disponível na produção original.
