    • Abstract:
      The present study carries out an analysis of the knowledge selected to compose the curriculum of the Physical Education, offered by five universities located in Goiânia-GO, explaining the relations of hegemony established between the disciplines that compose them. In order to develop such an investigation, theoretical-conceptual discussion were held on the concepts of human being and society of the historical-dialectic materialist philosophy and the Historical Cultural Theory. In addition, we deal with the historical process of constitution of teacher education courses in Physical Education, emphasizing the curricular models that characterized them. The analysis of the knowledge selected to compose the curriculum of teacher training courses in Physical Education, point to a hegemony of the knowledge related to Gymnastics and Sport. In addition, signs of devaluation of the contents referring to the Fights and Games were identified. ; El presente estudio lleva a cabo un análisis de los conocimientos seleccionados para componer el plan de estudios de los cursos de grado en el campus de Educación Física, que son ofrecidos por cinco universidades ubicadas en Goiânia-GO, explicando las relaciones de hegemonía establecidas entre disciplinas que los componen. Para desarrollar tal investigación, se llevaron a cabo discusiones teórico-conceptuales sobre los conceptos del ser humano y la sociedad de la filosofía materialista histórico-dialéctica y la teoría histórico-cultural. Además, abordamos el proceso histórico de constitución de los cursos de formación docente en Educación Física, enfatizando los modelos curriculares que los caracterizaron. El análisis de los conocimientos seleccionados para componer los planes de estudio de los cursos de formación del profesorado en Educación Física, apunta a una hegemonía de los contenidos relacionados con la gimnasia y el deporte.
