    • Abstract:
      This work sought to investigate the contributions of the actions of the Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation - PIBID in training of undergraduates in Chemistry. The research was carried out with 6 scholarship students of Licentiate in Chemistry course at the Federal University of North Tocantins. Data were collected through the analysis of fellows' reports. By analyzing their reports, it was possible to identify that the students' experience in the field of their future professional activities provides them with a proximity between theory and practice, the development of reading and writing skills and the appropriation of teaching methodologies that dialogue with current pedagogical trends. In general, the results indicate that the experience of undergraduates at PIBID has promoted the consolidation of an initiation to practical and, above all, reflective teaching, allowing for an understanding of some processes inherent to teacher training. Keywords: PIBID-CHEMISTRY, Teacher training, University-School. ; El trabajo buscó investigar las contribuciones de las acciones del Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciación a la Enseñanza - PIBID en la formación de estudiantes de graduación en Química. La investigación fue realizada con 6 becarios del curso de Licenciatura en Química de la Universidade Federal do Norte do Tocantins. Los datos fueron recolectados a través del análisis de los informes de los becarios. Al analizar sus informes, fue posible identificar que la experiencia de los estudiantes en el campo de sus futuras actividades profesionales les proporciona una proximidad entre la teoría y la práctica, el desarrollo de habilidades de lectura y escritura y la apropiación de metodologías de enseñanza que dialogan con las tendencias pedagógicas atuales.
