Robespierre et la formation de l'esprit politique au cours des années 1780 : pour une ontologie historique du discours robespierriste

It mainly includes his speeches as a lawyer, a scholar and an active player in the États généraux election campaign during the 1780's. Thereby a description of the historical ontology of the Robespierrist discourse can be provided. That is to say the way Robespierre forms himself into a subject-observer taking part in then acting on the French Revolution in its early stages. He comes to light as being at that time part and parcel of the work on the political spirit prevailing amongst the future legislators like the already studied Sieyes : a work based on a sociological foundation stone made of social observation which attests to the active part Robespierre played in the elaboration of notions-concepts that pave the way to the possibility of naming the political order even before 1789 when that very order was looming on the horizon of the declaration of natural rights. His personal contribution relates to the focus put on women's role as well on the essential issue of caring for the unfortunate and the oppressed more generally. ; La publication récente d'un onzième volume des Œuvres de Robespierre, qui porte en grande part sur ses interventions en tant qu'avocat, académicien, puis acteur de la campagne électorale aux États généraux dans les années 1780, permet de décrire l'ontologie historique du discours robespierriste, c'est-à-dire la manière dont Robespierre se constitue lui-même comme sujet observant, participant puis agissant au tout début de la Révolution française. Robespierre apparaît ainsi partie prenante du travail de l'esprit politique qui prédomine chez les futurs législateurs, à l'exemple de Sieyès déjà étudié, durant cette période.
