Analysis of communication dynamics and scientific mediation in R&D at the heart of a changing company: An ethnographic study within TotalEnergies ; Analyse des dynamiques communicationnelles et médiation scientifique en R&D au cœur d'une entreprise en mutation : Une étude ethnographique au sein de TotalEnergies

International audience ; This article explores the dynamics of communication and scientific mediation within the Pôle d'Études et de Recherche de Lacq (PERL), a TotalEnergies Research and Development (R&D) centre. Using an ethnographic approach, the study sheds light on the position of the information and communication sciences (ICS) researcher within the company, highlighting her role as mediator between the technical and communication fields. This research, carried out as part of a CIFRE thesis, proposes an analysis of communication practices in R&D, with the aim of improving understanding and collaboration between researchers and communicators, and integrating R&D into the company's communication strategy. ; Cet article explore les dynamiques communicationnelles et la médiation scientifique au sein du Pôle d'Études et de Recherche de Lacq (PERL), un centre de Recherche et Développement (R&D) de TotalEnergies. À travers une approche ethnographique, l'étude met en lumière la position de la chercheure en sciences de l'information et de la communication (SIC) au sein de l'entreprise, soulignant son rôle de médiatrice entre les domaines techniques et communicationnels. Cette recherche, menée dans le cadre d'une thèse CIFRE, propose une analyse des pratiques communicationnelles en R&D, visant à améliorer la compréhension et la collaboration entre les chercheurs et les communicants, et à intégrer la R&D dans la stratégie de communication de l'entreprise.
