Relatório de Estágio do Mestrado Em Gestão apresentado à Faculdade de Economia ; The current internship report aims to frame, describe, and thoroughly evaluate all activities undertaken at Verallia Portugal S.A., as an integral component of the “Internship” course in the Marter`s in Management program at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra. The internship primarily focused on the logistics area, which will serve as the foundation of this report.The internship proposal aimed to provide practical work experience in the shipping/logistics department of a multinational industrial company. Taks related to the management of finished product warehouses were established, from production output transport to placement in the warehouse and subsequent shipment. Other tasks included planning transport contracting and utilizing radio frequency identification system (RFID). These tasks were performed using SAP software (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing), the Transpoeron online platform for transport contractor hiring, and the Jasmin online platform for issuing shipping guides. The internship allowed for the development of personal and professional skills in the work environment. The activities proposed by the company were carried out using the knowledge acquired throughout the master´s program, contributing to a deeper understanding of the concepts studied during the academic period. ; O Presente relatório de estágio tem como propósito principal enquadrar, descrever e avaliar detalhadamente todas as atividades empreendidas na organização Verallia Portugal S.A., enquanto componente integrante da unidade curricular de “Estágio” do Mestrado em Gestão da Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra.
