    • Abstract:
      The text describes studies on how games and games in Physical Education classes can enhance the deconstruction of gender stereotypes. It was analyzed how children occupy spaces during classes, the influences and repercussions of gender issues in the content of games and games, how Physical Education classes construct and reconstruct gender issues with repercussions on the coexistence and learning of students at the Elementary School I. The study is qualitative – descriptive. It was developed in a municipal school, in the city of Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil, with students in the 4th morning year of Elementary School. The research instruments were observations of classes with film recordings and images of the development of Didactic Sequences; analysis of documentary sources from the school unit and roundtable interviews. The findings start from the observation of how gender stereotypes overlap with strategies for winning games; a reflection on the place that girls occupy; the way gender separation occurs in fans during games and activities. Aspects that justify the discussion of Physical Education as a means of learning, inclusion and equity. ; El texto describe estudios sobre cómo los juegos y el juego en las clases de Educación Física pueden potenciar la deconstrucción de los estereotipos de género. Analizamos cómo los niños y niñas ocupan los espacios durante las clases, las influencias y repercusiones de las cuestiones de género en los contenidos de los juegos y cómo las clases de Educación Física construyen y reconstruyen cuestiones de género con repercusiones en la convivencia y el aprendizaje de alumnos de Educación Primaria I. El estudio es cualitativo – descriptivo. Se desarrolló en una escuela municipal, de la ciudad de Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, con alumnos del 4º año matutino de la Enseñanza Fundamental I.
