      Rep. F. Solórzano Bejar of the state of Colima requests that President Alvaro Obregón suspend the removal of Engr. Francisco J. Silva, the National Agrarian Delegate. The Governor of the state of Colima, G. Huertado S., requests that President Obregón reconsider the transfer of Agrarian Delegate Francisco J. Silva. President Obregón replies that he will review the case. President Obregón orders Mr. R.P. Negri, President of the National Agrarian Commission, to suspend the transfer of Engr. Silva.
