    • Abstract:
      Study this aim for test and analyse the influence of perceived supervisor support on employees turnover intention and task performance mediated by self efficacy in employees at PT Gayo Megah Raya. Population in study this is there are 120 employees at the Gayo Megah Raya coffee company in central Aceh. Samples are determined with census techniques where whole population made as sample. Analysis techniques used is structural equation medeling (SEM). Research result show that perceived supervisor support has an effect positive and significant on self efficacy, perceived supervisor support has an influence negative and significant on employees turnover intention, perceived supervisor support has an influence positive and significant on task performance, self efficacy negative and significant effect on employees turnover intention, self efficacy influential positive and significant on task performance, self efficacy mediate in a way partial the influence of perceived supervisor support on employees turnover intention and task performance.
