    • Abstract:
      The perception of injustices in the labor market with regard to groups that are victims of discrimination requires, in reality, little effort of who intends to investigate such matter. In fact, a topographic look at the structures of a company, for example, will suffice to verify that, in medium and large corporations, the percentage of black people, not infrequently, will be lower than that of white people, mainly in leadership positions and with higher wages. The same will occur in relation to women who, although they may even represent the majority among the workforce of large corporations, will rarely be in management and command positions, being led by male professionals. The LGBTQIAPN+ population, likewise, suffers from the same discrimination, and the awareness campaigns carried out by large companies – especially in June of – have a primarily marketing bias, not necessarily representing an awareness of the need to include these individuals in their professional staff. The present study intends to present supporting statistics of these forms of discrimination, as well as to bring up the proposition of possible policies that aim at the social inclusion of these segments in the labor market, beyond mandatory quotas (which so much inflame discussions among specialists), but fiscal incentive policies, in order to correct this sad malady in Brazil. ; A percepção sobre as injustiças no mercado de trabalho no tocante a grupos vítimas de discriminação requer, na realidade, pouco esforço por parte do indivíduo que se proponha a investigar o assunto. De fato, bastará um olhar topográfico sobre as estruturas de uma empresa, por exemplo, para constatar que, em médias e grandes corporações, o percentual de pessoas pretas, não raro, será inferior ao de pessoas brancas, principalmente nos cargos de liderança e com maiores salários.
