PENERAPAN APLIKASI SAKTI PADA DISKOMINFO SANDI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNMENT GOVERNANCE KAB. PINRANG

Research is intended to analyze and describe Implematation of the sakti appalication in the pinrang City Communication, Information and ancryption depertemen and Identifying supporting factors aswill obstacle factor. This type off research uses a qualitative deskrptive method, with the focus of the research is support and capacity as well as supporting factors and factors barriers to the Implementation of the sakti Application in the Department of the Communication, Information and Coding in Pinrang City data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Sakti Application in the Pinrang City Information Communication and Coding Departement is an effort by the Pinrang City government to make it easier ASN/Employees in making PNS KGB, ASN, and Suket (certificate not in criminal process) in the Diskominnfo environment. The application of this sakti application can provide benefits, namely: make it easier for Employees to make leave letters, sertificates of not being under disciplinary proceedings, setya badges, work satya, karis/karsu and kapreg.However, ther are still shortcomings in the process of implementing the Sakti application starting from a lack of understanding of the application, inadequate network, lack of outreach to employees and slow information. Thus, hampering the correspondence process with in the Diskominfo Sandi environment Pinrang City.
